Mesa Dental is built around two doctors whose expertise complement each other at every level of care. Dr. Browner leads the cosmetic and preventive side of the practice, while Dr. Guideng handles the surgical and implant cases. Together, they cover the full scope of what patients need, without referrals, without handoffs, and without starting over with someone new.
Dr. Browner founded Mesa Dental to offer something different: unhurried, prevention-focused care free from insurance-driven compromises. A Las Vegas native and UNLV School of Dental Medicine graduate, she specializes in porcelain veneers, Invisalign for adults, and whole-health dentistry, blending science-backed methods with a holistic view of the whole patient. She has been recognized twice by VEGAS Magazine as one of Las Vegas's standout professionals.
Dr. Guideng is Mesa Dental's surgical specialist, bringing board-certified implant expertise to every case. A fellow Las Vegas native and UNLV School of Dental Medicine graduate, he holds Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He specializes in All-on-X, single-tooth implants, bone grafting, and IV sedation for surgical cases.

With our iTero digital scanner, we can create crystal-clear 3D models of your teeth and gums, without the need for messy impressions, allowing for treatment that is quick, easy, and accurate.
