Dr. Browner leads the cosmetic and preventive side of the practice, Dr. Guideng handles surgical and implant cases, and Dr. McCabe brings a whole-person, full-scope approach built on nearly two decades of clinical experience. A Las Vegas native and UNLV School of Dental Medicine graduate, Dr. Browner founded Mesa Dental around a prevention-first philosophy that treats the whole patient, not just the problem in front of her. She specializes in porcelain veneers, Invisalign for adults, and whole-health dentistry, and has been recognized twice by VEGAS Magazine as one of Las Vegas’s standout professionals.
A fellow Las Vegas native and UNLV School of Dental Medicine graduate, Dr. Guideng is Mesa Dental’s surgical specialist. He holds Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. His focus covers All-on-X, single-tooth implants, bone grafting, and IV sedation for surgical cases.
A Creighton University School of Dentistry graduate, Dr. McCabe brings over 15 years of full-scope dental experience to the Mesa Dental team. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2008, building her career across Nebraska and Louisiana before relocating her family to Las Vegas in 2024. Dr. McCabe is known for building lasting relationships with her patients and tailoring every treatment plan to the individual, delivering comprehensive, compassionate care in an atmosphere where every patient feels genuinely heard and at ease.
